1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You", "Your") and gk332 ("gk332", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the gk332 website located at gk332.app, including but not limited to account registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, betting, gaming, bonus participation, and all related services.

By accessing gk332.app or any sub-page thereof, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Continued use of the platform following any update or revision to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version. gk332 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the updated version on the platform.

Key Definitions

• Platform: The gk332 website, mobile site, and all associated services available at gk332.app.
• Account: A registered user account held by a Player on the Platform, providing access to betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal functions.
• Balance: The total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Bonus Funds: Non-withdrawable promotional credits granted to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement: The total turnover amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by gk332 before processing withdrawals or large transactions.
• BST: Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6, the time zone used for all platform timestamps, bet settlement times, and promotion deadlines.
• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Bangladeshi mobile financial service providers supported as deposit and withdrawal methods on the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the gk332 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion on gk332. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.

Age Verification

gk332 takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the registration process and at any point thereafter, gk332 may request documentary proof of age, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable time frame will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account. Any funds deposited by a verified minor will be returned to the payment source used for the deposit, less any amounts already wagered, and no winnings will be paid out.

Geographic Eligibility

gk332 is an English-language platform designed to serve players located across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or playing. gk332 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the gk332 platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of gk332 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. gk332 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gk332 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your own activity and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, bets, and actions made through your account.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gk332 support immediately by contacting us via live chat or at [email protected]. gk332 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account. However, gk332 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

gk332 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in order to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket wallet registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance team

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to gk332's satisfaction. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Account Security Features

gk332 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security feature for all Player Accounts. Players are advised to enable 2FA via their account security settings. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

gk332 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the gk332 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳200.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• gk332 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned, and your account may be subject to review.
• gk332 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns arise.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. See Section 3 for KYC requirements.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours (BST). Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.
• gk332 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Funds that have been used to satisfy active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement has been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gk332 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings expire if the requirement is not met within the specified timeframe.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Players may not stack or combine multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Bonus funds are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and all wagering requirements must be satisfied in ৳.
• gk332 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a Player withdraws their real-money balance before satisfying the wagering requirement associated with an active bonus, the remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention

gk332 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk ("bonus whittling"), and collusion between players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings voided without compensation, and may be subject to permanent suspension.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the gk332 sportsbook and all games played in the gk332 casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport, or game title, as well as the general rules set out in this section. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

• All pre-match bets must be placed before the official start time of the relevant event as determined by gk332. Bets placed after the event has started will be void unless explicitly permitted under in-play betting rules.
• In-play betting markets are available on selected events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and gk332 is not responsible for bets placed based on delayed or inaccurate data feeds.
• gk332 reserves the right to void any bet if a manifest pricing error occurred, if suspicious betting patterns were detected, if the integrity of an event is in question, or if the bet was placed using incorrect odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply on a per-event and per-sport basis. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute about the settlement of a bet, the official result as recorded by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.) at the time of settlement shall be final and binding.

Casino Games

• All casino games on the gk332 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by our licensed game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• Each game's theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage is determined by the software provider and is available in the game's information panel.

• Maximum bet limits apply on certain game titles, particularly live dealer games. Players who exceed stated limits may have their bets adjusted or voided without prior notice.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the gk332 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to defraud gk332 or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, software, or data systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Transferring funds between Player Accounts or acting as a payment intermediary for other players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from known or suspected software errors are void.
• Engaging in any conduct that gk332 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward its staff or other users.

gk332 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed or reasonably suspected, gk332 may immediately suspend the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of the balance where fraud or criminal activity is established.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

gk332 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines at its sole discretion that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity on or in connection with the Platform.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under gk332's Responsible Gaming framework.
• Continued operation of the account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to gk332.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your gk332 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, gk332 will process the closure within a reasonable time. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to the gk332 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account cannot be reactivated, and the Player will be excluded from receiving all marketing communications from gk332. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. gk332 will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month to the Account balance. If the Account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting gk332 support and completing a fresh KYC check where required.
